Return Policy
- •You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- •The product must be unused and in original condition.
- •It must be in original packaging with all labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- •Opened or used fertilizer products.
- •Products damaged due to misuse.
- •Perishable or custom-packaged items.
- •Items returned without original packaging.
Return Process
- •Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- •Provide your Order ID, Reason for return, and Product images (if damaged/defective).
- •Our team will review and approve your request.
Return Shipping
- •If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), Delight will cover the return shipping cost.
- •For other returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
- •Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- •Refunds will be credited to the original payment method OR your bank account (if applicable).
Replacement Policy
- •If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
- •The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
