Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • It must be in original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Perishable or custom-packaged items.
  • Items returned without original packaging.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID, Reason for return, and Product images (if damaged/defective).
  • Our team will review and approve your request.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), Delight will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
